At FluffiKnot, every product is handmade with love and care. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
